NEWACS OUTPATIENT APPOINTMENTS
As of June 8th our outpatient office locations are open at 50% capacity. On June 22nd, we will be open at 75% capacity.
With the re-opening of our office, we are prioritizing face-to-face services for children, adolescents, court-order individuals, and those who have struggled to utilize tele-health to access services. For adults who have done well with tele-health services, you may continue to be seen by tele-health (video). Your Counselor or Provider will work with you to determine whether face-to-face or tele-health services works best for you. If you are uncertain whether your upcoming appoint will occur in person or by video conferencing, please call our office.
We suggest the following equipment if you would like video session:
- Smart Phone, Tablet, or Computer/Laptop
- Charging Cable
- Headset with a Microphone
Crisis Response Services will remain available, though these services may also be provided by phone or video. If you are in crisis and need to speak to a mental health clinician immediately, please call our 24/7 Regional Crisis Line at 1.877.266.1818.
Inpatient services at the Alliance Evaluation & Treatment Facility will remain open, though the facility is closed to all visitors.
